Westdale North Limited is thrilled to be shortlisted for two awards!
The company is delighted to be recognised for the SHDF Wave 2.1 retrofit work it is doing on 80+ houses in and around a conservation area at Broxtowe, Nottinghamshire.
Westdale North has been put forward for the Refurbishment Project of the Year, and the Sustainability Award, at the Building Communities Awards, which will be held at the Derby Arena on Friday, March 28th.
In one of the first projects of its kind in the UK, Westdale is carrying out retrofit work on properties across Broxtowe in Nottinghamshire, with the majority being located on Princes Street and Wellington Street in Eastwood, an area of conservation known for their Victorian terraced housing.
As the Approved Installation Contractor, Westdale is working closely with Broxtowe Borough Council and system designer Structherm Ltd, to deliver external wall insulation alongside other energy efficient measures.
The Westdale Group are also sponsoring the Community Impact Award at this event.
