The SEWI system is designed to provide a refurbishment solution for the treatment of defective, non-traditional housing and high rise buildings.

ArtBrick
ArtBrick™ represents a cutting-edge resin system capable of tinting and replicating the traditional brickwork hue onto proprietary material systems.
Unlike pre-formed brick slips, ArtBrick™ is created on-site, offering faster application and increased robustness, all while maintaining an authentic appearance—setting it apart from brick-effect renders.
RoofLine
The RoofLine system is designed to provide a simple yet robust extension to eaves and verges that negates the need for costly adaptations to roofs. RoofLine is specifically designed for use with EWI systems.
The design incorporates an all-in-one, aluminium gutter and eaves closure system which is mounted onto an insulated fascia to reduce the risk of cold bridging.
Structherm Cage
The unique Structural cage system is used to stabilise and insulate Non-traditional, hard to treat or structurally defective properties and high rise buildings.
Whilst a standard EWI system significantly improves the thermal properties and the aesthetics of a building, the unique, BBA accredited, Structherm Cage system goes one major step further by structurally stabilising the building too.
Thermabase
Themabase is an innovative below DPC (damp proof course) insulation system that is pre-finished and can be adhesively fixed in place. This enables a more time and cost effective installation process over traditional methods.
