Westdale Group has teamed up with the marketing experts at Leeds Beckett University as we continue to meet the increasing demand for home energy efficiency projects.
Westdale has agreed a two-year Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP), part-funded by the Government through Innovate UK.
Academics based in the university’s Business School will work closely with the Westdale management team, to enable them to achieve sustainable growth in existing markets, while exploring new opportunities.
As a result, there is a position for a Strategic Transformation Manager (full-time, fixed term 24 months). The ideal applicant will have strong interpersonal skills and project management experience; an undergraduate degree in Marketing, Business or similar, along with commercial experience of working effectively with the marketing mix.
Candidates with a post-graduate degree in marketing and/or business are also welcome to apply. Experience of business-to-business marketing would be an advantage.
