Although we currently have limited openings for new apprenticeships, those fortunate enough to secure a position will receive a wage while acquiring valuable construction skills under the guidance of our seasoned professionals. At Westdale Group, we take pride in providing comprehensive training to ensure you acquire the expertise needed for a successful career.

Our apprenticeships concentrate on external wall insulation installation, encompassing both boarding and rendering aspects. We also have other apprentice opportunities in other areas of the business, such as resident liaison, quantity surveying and some office functions.  As an apprentice, you will actively engage in practical projects, maintaining a balance between hands-on work and dedicated study time.

For those demonstrating dedication and ambition, the prospect of transitioning into a full-time role awaits upon the conclusion of your apprenticeship. Enjoy a consistent wage, on-the-job training, and upon successful completion, achieve a level 3 qualification, unlocking doors to a career in your chosen field.
