The Process

1. Call us to see which ICF method is best for you, training will be provided
2. Design your home – ICF blocks have the capability of creating most designs with bespoke shapes or curved walls.
3. Building the wall – the process is quick and a typical standard ground floor layout can be constructed within a couple of days.
4. Pouring the concrete – walls are built in stages, ground floor height initially then concrete is poured into the blocks. Once cured the construction will continue until the expected building height is reached.
5. The finish – ICF is universal and can work with a wide range of construction systems such as door, floor and roof options. Facings can be applied internally and externally including brick, stone, render or aluminium creating the desired look you want for your building.
