The Structherm Roofline system is designed to provide a simple yet robust extension to eaves and verges that negates the need for costly adaptations to roofs.

The design incorporates an all-in-one, aluminium gutter and eaves closure system which is mounted onto an insulated fascia to reduce the risk of cold bridging.

The system which has been assessed by the BRE has proven to thermally improve the junction between roof and EWI system to significantly reduces the risk of water ingress when compared with traditional trims/profiles.

Typically where aluminium eaves trims are used, they have to be situated lower than the internal ceiling height in order to
accommodate the gutter, whereas the Roofline system allows the new gutter to be installed up to the tiles.

The inclusion of insulation moves the dew point outside of the wall and reduces the risk of condensation.
